Job Description:
Will work directly with the Worship Team (Worship Team Leader, Worship Associate |Tech Arts, Tech Assistant, and Worship Administrative Assistant) and will oversee all video and live video aspects of worship services and special events (IMAG, video playback and all content projected on screens).
Responsbilities include (but not limited to): (see website for full job description)
1. Develop and implement an ongoing strategy for IMAG to be used during services and special events.
2. Manage teaching content for playback.
3. Oversee engineering of Production Suite and develop and implement a plan for upgrades and for future
expansions.
4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of all video equipment and components.
5. Oversee all video volunteers: training (from novice to expert, including developing manuals), recruiting
(Directors, Graphics Operators, Shaders, Camera Operators, etc.) scheduling, and spiritual oversight
(of 25 or more individuals).
6. Oversee development (content creation), procurement, and playback of all video elements for worship
services.
7. Help other ministry areas with their video needs (oversight and partnership with regular aspects and
special events).
8. Contribute to Worship Team weekly duties including meetings, staging development, etc.
