Job Description:
First Brewster is an exciting, growing church of 200 attenders in the village of Brewster NY of the NYC metro area. We are seeking a Worship Pastor combo to join our leadership team. We are an Elder led church that operates much like a church plant. We have a simple model to mature people in their relationship with Christ . Our worship is an excellent blend of both hymns and modern music, high tech. The teaching is biblical and practical.

The ideal candidate will have strong vocal talent and musical performance abilities, experience in leading a band & vocalists, experience in creating creative musical experiences, a high level of excellence and a strong heart for ministry. Able to work in a team environment to create, evaluate, and refine a worship experience each week and responsible for recruiting & developing leaders. Ability to play an instrument, creative video editing, print abilities, and general willingness to jump in where needed give any candidate a leg up. 2 bedroom parsonage available if needed.

Core Responsibilities
• Serve as a general pastor to the church and community.
• Develop teams (singers, instrumentalists, production people) to facilitate worship enviornments.
• Lead worship services.
• Assist in the planning, organization, and coordination of worship services.
• Pastor, mentor, and disciple those involved in the worship ministry.
• Be a team player with other ministers to serve the church and community.
