Faith Church St Louis, listed as one of the fastest growing churches in America several years in a row, is seeking to hire a Music Director.

Faith Church St Louis is one church with two locations, conveniently located in both Sunset Hills and Earth City, Missouri. We are a contemporary church using the latest in technology and music in a creative way to be relevant in reaching our city. We have two large campuses with multiple services at each campus every weekend.

The right candidate will have strong keyboard abilities as well as guitar experience and must be well versed in a variety of styles - Gospel, Rock, Funk, Country and Traditional Hymns.
The candidate must possess the ability to read and write charts and know the Nashville number system. Experience in creating and using loops and click tracks is required and software knowledge of Pro Tools, Logic, DP, Reason, Stylus and RMX is a plus.

The Music Director will be responsible for recruiting, scheduling, rehearsing and playing with bands comprised of volunteers from the congregation. Experience leading teams and playing in a large church environment with auditoriums that seat 2500 or more is a definite plus.

This Music Director is a full time position reporting to the Worship Pastor that consists of 20 hours per week of music work - music preparation, research, band rehearsals, services, service planning, loop and click track creation and providing music at church events when events needed.
The other 20 hours consist of working with other facets of ministry depending upon the candidate’s talents.
