We are looking to hire a full-time Family Ministry Architect.

This position of Family Ministry Pastor would use our core strategy to craft a ministry that will equip parents and provide environments where children and students can encounter Christ. It will require this person to be a strong developer as well as someone who loves the next generation of leaders and their families. We understand that we have no hope of discipling children and students if we do not also equip their families to be the primary disciplers.
We are a growing church of 500+ located in beautiful Northwest Wisconsin. If you’re up for skiing and snowmobiling during the winter and summer waterskiing on one of our many lakes…you will love our town of Rice Lake!
Our children’s ministry currently runs over 100+ children on the weekends and is RAPIDLY growing. We anticipate growth upwards of 200+ children within a year. We are experiencing a movement of God right now that is miraculous and exciting. Children and their families are coming to know the Lord and experiencing life transformation! We anticipate continued rapid growth in these ministries and need a visionary leader who is passionate about igniting a spiritual revolution in the hearts of children and their families! We are maxed out at our current facility and are exploring expansion options. Which means, this new leader would need to be able to “think outside the box” with limited space. It is also critical for this role to give the majority of their time initially to developing leaders for the 0-11 year old age group.
More specifically…we are looking for a leader who…
-Loves Jesus and is committed to life change
-Has talent and experience in raising up and developing leaders/teams
-Has experience in leading ministry teams and staff-we currently have a full time youth pastor and a part time children’s ministry assistant director
-Has successfully lead a fast-paced ministry environment
-Would be described as confident, self-starting, go-getting, someone who takes the bull by the horns and pushes the envelope…and loves clichés.
You would be responsible for…
-Setting the spiritual intensity for the children and students of our church
-Creatively taking the love of Jesus to the children, youth, and their families of our community
-Leading/Developing Family Ministry staff and ministry assistants
-Inspiring, guiding, and shaping multiple ministry environments for creative excellence
-A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
-A stable work history containing at least 5 years experience in a church context
