We are modern church in South Florida with a strong Biblical foundation. We're looking for a creative, passionate, worship minister with a servant's heart who desires to a part of a church where honoring God in everything is the highest priority.


Job Description:

Complete oversight of the Worship and A/V ministries for all services and special events, including equipment.

Worship oversight from student ministry through Sunday morning and A/V ministry for all ministries.

Demonstrate a pastoral heart by leading the congregations in times of worship by effectively connecting with them and guiding them in Biblical, Christ-centered worship. (PLEASE SEND A VIDEO LINK OF YOU OPENING AND LEADING A LIVE WORSHIP SERVICE)

Maintain a team with a high standard of musical excellence and stage presence.

To empower and equip as many volunteers as possible in ministry through the worship and A/V teams.


Requirements:

Excellence on acoustic and electric rhythm guitar and lead vocals.

The ability to sing and arrange harmony vocal parts.

The ability to chart out songs from scratch, transpose, etc.

The ability to arrange a team of instruments and effectively communicate with each of them (beat-boxing the drum part you want might not cut it!).

The ability to effectively lead worship practices.

The ability to communicate and manage teams consisting of a broad age range across different demographics.

Excellent personal time management and organizational skills.

Knowledge of sound systems (mixers, compressors, etc.) and how they should be operated.

A consistent and growing relationship with Jesus Christ (don't ask for an accountability partner to remind you to read your Bible!).

A fully supportive spouse (if married).
