Director of Women's Ministries

Job Description:
The Director to Women's Ministries shall be called to the Grace Church staff upon the recommendation of the Pastor of Spiritual Development, and shall be responsible for the vision, development, implementation and promotion of ministry to women Grace Church and the community. Candidate must possess a knowledge of small group leadership; spiritual maturity with broad knowledge of Scripture; working knowledge of current trends in women's Bible studies, women's support ministries, discipleship, outreach methods, publicity, and a passion for Missions. This postion is part time, however; may be a full time position predicated on candidate qualifications.
