Job Description:
Austin Christian Fellowship is seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER @ ACFstudents to oversee the daily operations and office administration for ACFstudents, as well as partner with our student ministry team in the planning and execution of all student ministry programs.

ACF was founded 18 years ago with the passion of helping people throughout Austin know, love, and serve Jesus Christ. That vision remains our focus today, through the inspired and prayerful leadership of our senior pastor and executive team. We live to honor God in all we do, and are committed to pursuing His kingdom with excellence, creativity, and integrity. We seek true transformation in our city and around the world.

ACF has committed to give 35% of its budget to this unique missional calling, and is aggressively pursuing our goal of giving 50% away each year. January saw the launch of our second church community, with our third on its way in September.

ACFstudents is currently ministering to over 300 students and families while pursuing the 30,000 students who live within our immediate proximity, and we’d love for you to join our team.

Primary responsibilities include . . .

COMMUNICATIONS - oversee all printed, posted, texted, and tweeted information
CALENDARS - manage all scheduling for events, buildings, and meetings
COLLECTIONS - oversee all signups, forms, collections, and check-ins
CONTACTS - manage database, group contacts, attendance, and follow up
LAYOUT & DESIGN - oversee graphic layout and design for printed and online promo pieces

Applicants should have . . .

• Previous experience recruiting and leading volunteer teams
• Passion to execute the details of the vision
• Ability to connect relationally with parents, students, and leaders
• Experience or aptitude to work with ACS (or similar database software)
• Proficient computer skills (MAC OS & MS OFFICE - documents, spreadsheets, email)
