Childrens Campus Director
Existence Church is located in San Diego, CA. We have recently opened a 2nd campus in Escondido, CA. We are seeking a Campus Director for our Kids Life Ministry at the new Escondido location. This position will be reporting to the Kids Life Ministry Director.
-Management of the North Campus Kids Ministry
-Planning Sunday School Curriculum
-Oversight of training sessions for volunteers
-Recruiting and reproducing volunteers
-Leading all aspects of a Sunday morning service (including set-up and clean-up)
-Modeling the vision and values of our church
-Willing to work ministry hours.
-Outgoing and personable
-Creative problem solver
-Familiar with scheduling & running time based curriculum
-Able to manage volunteers
-Experience in managing a classroom
-Familiar with Microsoft office products, email etiquette & scheduling
-College Graduate (preferably in one of the following: kids ministry, education, child development , etc.)

1) You are running a Sunday morning service. You have asked all volunteers to be there a minimum of 30 minutes early. This allows all families to be welcomed properly and rooms as ready as possible. You notice that you have one or two volunteers that continue to show up at the service time. How would you handle this situation?
2) Your ministry is experiencing rapid growth and you are in desperate need of more volunteers. List a few ideas of how you would recruit volunteers.
3) You have a child who continually acts out in class. It is disrupting the lesson being taught. How would you handle this situation?
