Are you a seasoned leader with significant accounting experience in a non-profit or for profit environment?

Would someone describe you as a person with impeccable ethics and values and the ability to handle sensitive data with the utmost integrity?

Are you passionate about and experienced in how technology can enhance and streamline operations?

Do you enjoy and have substantial experience in leading and developing staff and volunteer teams toward strategic goals?

This leadership position will organize, lead and manage the daily activities of Willow Creek’s Finance/Accounting and Information Technology teams and ensure internal controls are in place and working properly. This role will also consistently review, analyze and enhance internal processes to better serve internal and external customers as well as utilize and introduce cost-effective technologies to enhance and streamline ministry operations.
