Christ Community Church is a vibrant, innovative and growing multi-site ministry of 4,500+ in the western suburbs of Chicago. We have a passion for Students and are making bold plans to invest in the youth of the Fox Valley and the surrounding area.
We are seeking an individual to serve on our dynamic Student Ministries team. The perfect candidate must have a strong passion and giftedness in leadership, evangelism, teaching and shepherding.
This individual would spend most of their energy providing leadership to the High School ministry at the St. Charles campus. Expectations of leadership include: casting the vision for high school ministry under the umbrellas of our Student Ministries; recruiting, training and caring for volunteer teams; planning and implementing ministry programs and events; serving as the primary teaching pastor for the high school students; and shepherding students to a deeper understanding of God's word and a more intimate relationship with Christ.
Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree, with 5 plus years serving at one ministry location in a similar ministry role.
