Job Description:
Seeking Christian, Dynamic Youth Leader with a minimum of three years experience within the church setting. All qualified candidates must have Sr or Lead Pastor references. This individual must have a contagious love for God and an unbridled passion for youth and young adults. Must have formal youth leadership training, ability to collaborate and motivate volunteer teachers. Must have strong organizational skills. The youth pastor must have experience with multiple curricula and advanced multi-media skills. The pastor must have a passion for youth outreach. Must have experience working with students, parents, and teachers with diverse backgrounds.
