This opportunity is at a large (approx. 2500 in weekend attendance) United Methodist Church making a significant impact in its community. With a history of strong and stable leadership – the Senior Pastor has led their since 1979 – it offers a growing church environment in which to serve.

The Director of Children’s & Family Ministry will serve to facilitate growth in an already healthy ministry. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right leader. The characteristics of this leader should be: highly relational, innovative, team-oriented, entrepreneurial within the vision of the church and very capable in the field of children’s & family ministry. In short, this leader will create an air of “contagiosity” within the ministry to children & families.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree
* Record of stable ministry engagement within a large church context
* Demonstrated leadership ability in children’s & family ministry
