There is a healthy multi-generational dynamic throughout the life of the church. Grace has a strong base of young families and a thriving youth ministry. A para-church college ministry meets at the Grace church campus and draws 800 college students each week.

Johnson City is surrounded by beautiful mountain living, and is located in the tri-cities area of Northeast Tennessee. The church is primarily white collar and well educated. The local university has a medical and pharmacy school. Over 1,000,000 live within a 50 mile radius.
