Job Description:

This is a full-time position. Sunday attendance averages 800. The Senior Pastor oversees the vision and mission of the church as outlined in the 12 Strategic Ministry Priorities of the Grove City Alliance Church located on the church’s website, http://grovecityalliance.org/. The Successful candidate will provide leadership to the staff, lay-leadership, and congregation. Through expository preaching, teaching, discipleship and evangelism, he will provide spiritual care and direction. He will oversee and encourage a mission-oriented ministry locally and globally and should have a commitment to small groups church-wide.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Oversee the Implementation of the Vision and Mission of GCAC
• Oversee the Pastoral Staff
• Provide Expository Preaching and Teaching
• Provide Leadership to the Elders and Governing Board
• Provide Pastoral Care
• Encourage Local and Global Community Involvement and Impact
