Adult and 20+ Discipleship Pastor

Do you have a passion for young adults and desire to see them grow in Christ?

Do you desire to build an energetic, life giving community for young adults to connect and grow in Christian community?

Do you have a passion for discipleship and leading adults to a deeper understanding of scripture and closer walk with Christ?

Do you have a strategic mind and a proven ability to lead volunteers and teams well?

Do you get energized by leading adult leaders? Building small groups?

Do you have a natural ability to attract, recruit, lead and equip talented small group leader volunteers?

This person will provide the leadership, vision, strategy and direction for both the new young adult ministry and build upon the current adult discipleship and small groups ministry of the church. This person is passionate about young adults and wants to create a ministry model that fully engages and equips young adults to live out a vibrant and authentic personal relationship with Jesus. This person also believes in the effectiveness of small group ministry. Must be gifted at recruitment and training of leaders. In addition, this leader is called to the development of adults towards a deeper understanding and application of scripture and is energized by seeing adults grow in their faith.
