Administrative Director/Pastor: Coastal Community Church is a young and exciting contemporary nondenominational church that is looking for a Full Time Administrative Director/Pastor. Coastal Community Church is a vibrant, growing, theologically conservative church seeking to reach the unchurched and help them Connect, Grow and Serve through the ministries of CCC. Coastal is a 10 year old church, averaging over 700 in attendance over the course of 3 weekend services.
Our desire at Coastal is to develop Authentic followers of Jesus Christ. We are looking for a church administrator who has the desire to use their gifts to help us better complete this mission. This candidate will be an authentic follower of Christ, enjoy working with and building a team, and will be responsible to direct and coordinate the administrative functions of the church. Primary duties include, but not limited to, direct oversight over financial operations, facility project management, human resource management, IT support, special event planning, and give some assistance in Pastoral Care as needs arise.
Coastal is looking for the right fit for the team. Experience should include oversight of a million dollar budget A bachelor’s degree in business is preferred or 5 years of relevant administrative work experience in a similar capacity.
A total package (salary & benefits) of $55,000 - $65,000 will be based upon education and experience.
