Position: Administrative Assistant
Direct Report: Director, Business Administration

Christ Church is currently seeking an enthusiastic, very detail oriented, and well organized person with strong administrative skills to join our staff team. Responsibilities include maintaining aspects of the church database system, administering the church calendar, directories, and security systems, office inventory and purchasing, coordinating details of monthly and specialty meetings, coordinating all-church communications, facilitating service calls with vendors, maintaining various archived church records, phone administration and other duties as assigned.

-3 plus years administrative assistant experience
-Expertise in MS Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook
-Knowledge of computer systems and technology
-Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task
-Ability to support various staff members proactively and work & think outside of the box
-Ability to develop efficient processes to streamline & improve administrative tasks
-Self-starter and self-motivated
-Competent in working both independently and as a member of a team
-Must be a strong believer in Jesus Christ and committed to living out your faith
