Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a clear calling from God to reach today’s students / young adults and lead them to new or deeper relationships with Christ.

The ideal candidate will:

*be highly relational with all age groups
*be energetic and friendly
*posses a love for God that is evident and contagious
*be focused on evangelism
*have at least 3 years experience in youth work
*be motivated by opportunities to get on the local campuses
*have strong leadership and teaching abilities
*be able to recruit, train, and lead a volunteer staff
*be both a decision maker able to work independently and a strong team player
*have a working knowledge of current media & ministry enhancing technologies
*posses a provable track record of success with references

This is a tremendous opportunity for the right individual to take a very good, well-developed department and elevate it to something even greater. The new staff member will be challenged to dream big and given the support to make those dreams happen. Although the current department has strong volunteer leadership ready to help the new staff person make a smooth transition into their new role, we are seeking a candidate who is a natural builder, not a maintainer.


Crossroads Community Church is an exciting Bible-teaching church located in Doylestown, OH, which is surrounded by highly populated suburbs. We are a non denominational (non Pentecostal), contemporary congregation building God’s kingdom by meeting people wherever they are in their spiritual journey and coaching them to become more fully devoted followers of Christ.

We are theologically on the conservative side; however, we are focused on being methodically relevant and current utilizing creative approaches of getting people involved in their relationship with Christ.
