Job Description:
Brentwood Presbyterian Church (BPC) is seeking F/T Office Assistant/Communications Coordinator. BPC is an energetic, nurturing, inclusive, and active congregation located at the corner of Bundy & San Vicente Blvd. in the heart of West Los Angeles. The successful candidate must be a team player, detail-oriented, able to multi-task with a positive attitude, have excellent organizational skills and strong oral/written communication skills.
Position involves:

1. Office Assistant & Ministry Support (50% of time):
• Assist with general office and ministry needs
• Answer phones
• File & keep records
• Provide support to volunteers
• Greet and assist guests and members

2. Internal/External Communications Support (50% of time):
• Support all aspects of internal & web-based communications
• Oversee branding
• Update and upgrade web content
Minimum Requirements:
• College degree preferred
• 3 – 5 years experience in office work
• Working knowledge of data base systems & software applications
• Fluency in graphic design software and graphic design experience
