Willow Creek Community Church is a multi-site church as "one church in multiple locations." The Campus Pastor of Willow's Huntley Campus is responsible for courageously leading and diligently developing the Willow Huntley church staff, key volunteers, and congregation.
This person will architect and execute strategic plans for this new campus, host weekend services, oversee and coach ministry directors, conduct performance reviews, cross-pollinate with the leaders of Willow's other campuses, collaborate with other local church leaders, and champion Willow's values and mission in this community's unique multigenerational context in an effort to grow this new campus by reaching the unchurched in the community and helping them become fully-devoted followers of Christ.
