Are you a self-motivated individual, with the drive and determination to create an atmosphere of excellence in worship through the technical arts? Then let's talk. Lifehouse Church is a young, relevant and growing church who believes in excellence in all that we do. Currently we are in the process of launching Saturday night and Sunday morning Satellite campuses and are searching for someone with passion and calling to provide quality oversight to our technical ministries.

Lifehouse Church is seeking an individual to oversee the Technical Ministries of the church. The primary objective is to create an atmosphere conducive to worship and quality communication through administering, equipping and training volunteers. The Technical Ministries include audio, video, lighting, projection and media duplication. The position will provide support for all worship gatherings and special events. The Technical Director will oversee the Technical Ministries of Lifehouse Church and will report to the Worship Arts Pastor.

• Promote technical ministries, i.e. A/V Technology, IMAG, lighting, Multi-Media
• Coordinate technical ministries for all services
• Serve as a resource to pastors, staff, and Worship Arts Ministries
• Coordinates the recruitment, training and scheduling of all volunteers in technical ministries
• Directs ordering and installation of any and all supplies for technical ministries
• Develops processes for Video recording and projection to be used in a multisite format
• Develops and implements procedures and processes for the Technical Ministries
• Coordination of A/V Teams for Special Events

• Has a background in IMAG, A/V Technology, and Media.

• Digital Audio Production
• Theatrical/Stage Lighting

• An associates degree preferred (but can be substituted for equivalent training and work experience equal to 3-5 years)
• 3-5 years of a/v and programming directing
• Past experience in a multi-site & mobile campus format would be beneficial
