PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (1) Create visually stunning video for Seacoast media productions: (2) Partner with Producers and Editors to storyboard, execute shot lists, and acquire footage as needed; (3) Organize, catalog, and maintain an archive of Seacoast media, including weekend productions, b-roll and event coverage; (4) Set and light studio and off-site shoots; (5) Travel as needed to Seacoast campus locations throughout the Carolinas and Georgia and to overseas missions partners for video shoots; and (6) Oversee use of camera and lighting equipment by staff and video volunteers
SKILL/ABILITY/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS; (1) Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to function cooperatively and with a servant attitude among a staff of professional peers and the broader Seacoast staff; (2) Degree in cinematography, film, or equivalent experience; (3) Demonstrated artistry in shooting both audio and video; (4) Proficient in Final Cut/Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and post-production color correction/effects; (5) Able to create and maintain and organized work flow, balancing multiple projects and priorities in a low-structure environment; and (6) Embraces an ALL IN culture
