Job Description:
Cornerstone Baptist Church is located on a 53 acre campus just outside of Florence, SC, an hour west of beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC. Cornerstone is a regional church with a global focus. We are conservative in our theology and contemporary in our methodology. Currently, our preschool/children's ministry averages 300-400 on Sunday mornings. We offer Sunday morning children's ministry in a small group/large group context, AWANA on Sunday evenings, and a variety of camp and sports ministries. We are currently searching for an Associate Pastor of Children's Ministry. This is a full-time position.


Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Training in Christian Education is preferred, and children's ministry experience is required. Applicants should possess leadership skills and the ability to recruit, train, and lead volunteers. Applicants must possess good relational skills and be able to work well with parents. Similarly, the ability to work with existing staff in a team environment is a must.
