Job Description:
The Church Administrator is a direct report to the Senior Pastor. Responsibilities include the managing, directing and providing clear direction for the administrative functions of the church in a professional manner that supports Grace Lutheran Church’s mission, vision and values. These functions include Facilities Management, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources, Office Administration and Risk Management. This person will be able to identify needs for organizational changes and have the people skills necessary for building a team environment. This is a full time exempt position requiring a Bachelors degree in Business or a related field with five or more years of relevant experience.
