New Hope Windward is a multi-site congregation on the windward side of O’ahu in Hawai’i. We are a 12-year-old church planted in 2000 out of New Hope O’ahu; which is one of the most innovative churches in America. We are currently looking for a full-time Executive Director who would be responsible for managing the staff and operations of our church along with the Senior Pastor.

You are …
+ Able to relocate to Hawaii
+ A proven leader with natural communication skills
+ A motivated team-builder and team player; willing to lead and follow; willing to support the vision of the Senior Pastor
+ Experienced in leadership roles in either a church or corporate environment
+ Able to multi-task, but can follow through and get things done
+ Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once, yet still stay focused
+ Hard-working, but you know how to have a good time
+ Self-confident, secure and humble
+ A guru at process improvement and project management
+ A person who sees the details that others might miss, yet able to be a big-picture leader
+ Able to commit to the core values and vision of New Hope Windward
+ Totally cool with jumping headfirst into a fast-paced, evolving ministry environment

You will be …
+ Overseeing church staff
+ Assisting in leadership and administration of various teams on Sundays in order to develop leaders and volunteers
+ Responsible for operational details of the church, such as weekly staff meetings, maintaining fiscal budgets and expense
control, staff mentoring, improvement of on-going ministry processes and other duties as assigned
+ Operating as the quality assurance manager of the campus
+ Required to work during all worship experiences during Christmas and Easter, as well as other possible events outside >
of normal working hours as required by leadership
