The Video Production Director works directly with the Worship Arts Pastor and Worship Arts Team to conceptualize, design, shoot, edit and produce video and creative elements.

Responsibilities:
Produce and prepare video elements for worship services.
Oversee projects from conception to completion.
Recruit, train and lead new volunteers in video production.
Active member of the worship arts staff who assists in vision and strategic planning.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
Competent knowledge of media/video production techniques.
Hands on experience working with computer software such as Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, Final Cut Pro and various video, graphical and web based applications.
Familiarity with posting digital media online.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work in a deadline intensive environment.
Ability to see a project from conception through completion.
High level of initiative with minimum supervision.
Attends church regularly.

Qualifications:
Experience in video production and video production environment.
Experience working with other staff/volunteers.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Demonstrates the qualities of a Christ follower.
Adheres to the Indian Creek Community Church staff standards.

Accountability:
The Video Production Director will be directly accountable to the Worship Arts Pastor.
The Video Production Director will also be a team player and will work in cooperation with the pastoral staff and other ministry leaders on a limited basis assigned by the Worship Arts Pastor.
