Job Description:
Real Life Ministries is seeking a High School Pastor for our main campus of 7,000 in Post Falls, ID.

The primary role is to raise up leaders to lead and serve in the various aspects of the High School ministry. This leader must be able to recruit, develop and release dozens of leaders in an organization with multiple layers of leadership. Our main purpose in the this ministry is to reach kids so that they can encounter and receive Christ as their Savior and then continually grow in their spiritual maturity. One of the primary ways we do this is through small group environments. It is imperative that the leader of this ministry have experience with and an understanding of the challenges and dynamic that small group ministry provides. Large group gatherings also happen regularly. The ability to engage and motivate hundreds of teens through speaking and developing an environment they want to be a part of is a must. We believe serve opportunities and short-term missions trips (both local and potentially distant) are valuable in a students discipleship journey. The ability to plan and execute meaningful, safe, exciting experiences is desired. We have a large staff and being able to work alongside and collaborate with others is essential.

Your abilities and passions need to include:

· Set and cast the vision of High School ministry

· Recruit, raise up, and develop adult leaders

· Maintain and advance a small group ministry structure

· Communicate regularly to High School students

· Lead High School staff and intern(s)

· Lead special events and missions projects

· Communicate with Parents

· Collaborate with other ministry leaders

· Recruit, equip, and empower student leaders

Obviously this is a tall order. Which brings us back to the primary role. No one is going to excel at every aspect of this position which is why it is so important to be able to raise up and release others into ministry. If you are great team developer, an organization builder, a hard worker, a problem solver, love working with a great team and enjoy a challenge please send us your resume. We would love to hear from you. Please check out our WEB site for our Mission - Vision and Purpose Statements http://reallifeministries.com
