Job Description:
Bedford Community Church is a contemporary, vibrant, growing non-denominational, Gospel Centered evangelical church in Southern New Hampshire seeking to employ the right individual for a part-time position. This opportunity allows our worship leader to take an existing music ministry to the next level.

Our Leader will provide leadership to the worship ministry through recruiting, leading and shepherding a dedicated team of volunteers of musicians and vocalists.

Our Leader will show the ability to select and arrange music, lead rehearsals and provide worship leading during our services within the church.

We believe that it is essential for our leader to demonstrate a consistent level of excellence in leadership with an outward willingness to collaborate with the Senior Pastor along with audio visual and sound ministry volunteers while developing weekly services.

A degree in music is a plus to this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Selecting and arranging music (CCLI membership established)
Prepare for and lead regularly scheduled weekly rehearsals
Lead worship at our services
Offer opportunity to develop each member of the worship arts team

Schedule weekly rotation worship arts teams
Preparation of weekly audio/visual needs to include online use Planning Center and use of Easy Worship

Maintain and develop a successful team atmosphere within worship arts

Provide creativeness to the services using various types of worship
Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings

Elder of Worship Arts
