Job Description:
Lighthouse Fellowship, a United Methodist Community of Faith, seeks a full-time Worship Leader/Director of Music.
This individual will be asked to help provide the highest quality music, worship and arts program possible with sensitivity both to the non-believer, and the believer through a variety of worship styles and experiences. The position will include oversight and direction for areas related to music, drama and other arts forms appropriate for worship. Experience in planning & leading contemporary worship is preferred. Primary responsibilities include working with pastors and worship design team to plan worship; selecting and leading music; coordinating and/or preparing multi-media for worship; and equipment oversight.
