Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant to the Founder & CEO
Job Description: Staff assistant to CEO of Ministry - Requires strong word processing skills, handles large volumes of correspondence, detailed filing system requirements, calendar management for appointments, meetings, and speaking engagements, as well as office administration. Must have over 10 years of clerical office experience and ability to multi-task and maintain several projects while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism, initiative, and independence in supporting the CEO’s office on a wide variety of issues. College degree preferred.
Salary range is $40,000-$45,000/yr plus benefits.
