Church at the Gateway
Job Description:
We are searching for a Director of Children's Ministry with years of experience in a large church setting. We adopted the Simple Church model a few years ago, and chose children's ministry as one of our four core ministries. We are serious about reaching families with children, and seeing those children come to know, and become fully mature followers of Christ. We want a "leader of leaders" to train a staff of volunteers who will passionately minister to children and their parents. This ministry is about to explode, and needs the kind of leadership that will help make it happen. We are located on Staten Island in suburban New York/New Jersey, with a population of 500,000 mostly younger Wall Street related workers. We want Gateway to be a model of dynamic, effective children's ministry for the churches in our region. If you feel Gateway would be a good fit for you, please call me at 917-797-8277, or 917-699-8898.
