Promiseland Director (infants - grade 5) - Willow Creek Community Church DuPage Campus

This is a full time Children's Ministry Director role infants through Grade 5.

Do you have a calling to build into children's lives and their families - to help them integrate their faith and "Bring it Home"?

Do you desire to create new and innovative children's programs to reach children, help heal the hurts in broken families, and touch the community at large?

Have you dreamed of managing a high-impact team of full time staff and volunteers that love kids?

Do you have a theological framework, strategic mind, and vision-casting ability and experience to develop a dynamic and effective faith-development pathway for children?

Do you have at least 5 years of experience leading full-time in Children’s ministry?

Willow Creek is a multi-site church as “one church in multiple locations.” The Promiseland Director of Willow Creek’s DuPage County campus (West Chicago, IL) is responsible for leading and overseeing the philosophical, strategic, programmatic, and curriculum framework for Promiseland (infants through Grade 5) that leads children towards faith-ownership in Christ. Additional responsibilities include leading staff, volunteer development, child-care programming, budgetary oversight, and faith at home integration.
