Job Description:
UBC Miami, a church known for great ministry to children, is searching for a Director of Elementary Ministry who:

- Casts vision for Elementary Ministry to the church. Must be completely comfortable speaking to large audiences on a frequent basis. -
- Will lead the ministry with the core belief that what happens at home is more important than what happens at church.
- Has experience in leading staff and equipping volunteers for the work of the ministry.
- Has a passion to empower families to reach other families in a city largely un-churched.
- Understands the age and stage development of children. Plans experiences using this understanding.
- Has a passion to see children and their families involved in missions locally and globally

The Director needs to love and relate well to the children but their primary role is to lead and care for their staff team and mobilize volunteers to minister to the children.
