We Are
A campus ministry, in West Lafayette serving Purdue’s campus by reaching out and providing a deeper community for some of the most gifted students in the world. We embrace the arts as a common language and expression of God's love for us through worship, outreach, and studying the word of God. We have Sunday services for about 1,000 students, a mid-week bible study, small groups, and are actively involved in missions and service locally and globally. Our coffee shop is located in the heart of campus and has over 150,000 patrons every year. We come alongside students to further construct their faith in a way that is unique, filled with passion, and pointed purposefully at serving The Kingdom wherever their career takes them.

We Are Looking For
An accountant who loves God and is willing to use his/her analytical abilities to provide timely and accurate financial information and insight. A person who is highly organized and professional. An expert with numbers who wants to use their business acumen to grow the Kingdom. Someone who cares enough about changing students lives they are willing to work at this with everything they are, and humble enough to do so as a servant on a team of highly-gifted individuals who are doing the same.

You Will
Oversee all of record keeping and financial reporting for the campus ministry and coffee shop. You will be responsible for timely and accurate filing and reporting of all financial materials to donors, staff and the Board of Directors, and all necessary government agencies. You must take stewardship seriously and be willing to cut costs when possible, fully leverage assets when opportunities arise, and be honest, kind, and transparent yet wise in all financial dealings. Your tasks will go beyond bookkeeping and you will be doing in-depth financial analysis, furbishing proposals, and participating in significant decision making.

You Should Have
A degree in accounting or finance. Preference will be given to CPAs and those with experience in the not-for-profit and/or restaurant industries, but it is not a requirement for application. You should be detail oriented, able to multi-task, be willing to take direction and give direction, and be able to take on long-term projects. You should carry yourself professionally, and be comfortable serving a team.
