cfa’s Children’s Pastor oversees the Sunday morning “kidspace” ministry at cfa, comprised of “Noah’s Park” for infants – K and “Wired” for 1st through 5th graders. On average, 145 total children attend, dispersed between three services. “Wired” utilizes a large group and worship paradigm along with small group discussion and application. Specific responsibilities of Children’s Pastor include, leading the large group presentation and worship, which on average includes a weekly total of 80 children. Pursuing excellence in children’s ministry is accomplished through a team leadership model, encompassing paid cfa staff and an 120 volunteer base. Additional responsibilities include equipping parents to fulfill their calling as the primary spiritual trainers of their children.
