Who is Newspring church?

NewSpring Church is a thriving ministry in the city of Wichita, KS whose goal is to reach people with the message of Jesus Christ.
NewSpring Church has experienced dynamic growth in the past several years and currently averages 4,000 in attendance in four weekend services. Currently, NewSpring is looking for a full-time Student Ministries Director.

What kind of person are you looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is genuine, spiritually mature, a gifted communicator, and passionate about reaching the students in our area with the good news of Christ.

The kind of person we’re looking for will have:

A genuine heart of ministry driven by a clear call from God to serve in this area.

A proven track record of building, growing, and maintaining an effective student ministry.

Skills and demonstrated giftedness in the following areas:

Ability to communicate in a large format in a way that is relevant to students.

Team development

Organization and time management (including coordinating student ministry volunteer team).
