Job Description:
-To lead and cultivate a great media and production team at a high level
-Bring creative and technical excellence to the on-stage and backstage elements of a multi-site, multi-service setting
-Expertise or a working knowledge in sound, video production/editing, and lighting. We seek a person who will work to build and strengthen a team of volunteers and who is committed to producing the highest quality worship experiences through sound, media and lighting in a multi-campus church. This person should be comfortable in the production manager role and be a team builder.


•The ability to develop/train/manage a large and growing media/production team
•A passion for expressing Bible truths in innovative ways
•A high level of expertise in: sound reinforcement, lighting, video display, video editing/production and broadcast technology in a multi-campus setting
•Ability to utilize lighting in a creative way to create a particular atmosphere
•A positive, whatever-it-takes attitude
•A risk taker
•Coordinate team schedules for all worship events
•Maintain all of church’s AVL equipment
•A passion for technical excellence
•A passion and drive for evangelism and reaching the unchurched
•Model standards and expectations of all Timberlake leaders: church membership, worship attendance, growth group participation and demonstrate a lifestyle of tithing and generosity
•Must have experience in a church of 1000 or more
•Provide support/training/purchasing for various AVL needs at all campuses and throughout specific church ministry areas (youth, children, etc.)
