Crossroads UMC
Job Description:
Crossroads Church, a church of apx. 2,000 with four campuses, seeks a Campus Worship Director for its Bridgeville campus (15 minutes south of the Pittsburgh airport). This is a part-time position (10 - 15 hours per week) in a growing congregation of 150 that meets in a converted warehouse space. Crossroads is a cell church with a passion for reaching our area with the love of Jesus Christ and helping people become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Applicants should have a dynamic, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and be able to share that faith as they lead in worship. Applicants should be familiar with contemporary worship artists (Chris Tomlin, Steve Fee, Lincoln Brewster, Hillsongs) and be comfortable leading this style. Strong vocals and playing an instrument are a must; playing the guitar is an added bonus! Applicants should have the ability to chart and transpose music, give direction to a band, and lead other vocalists.

The role of staff at Crossroads is to recruit, train and equip our volunteers. To that end, applicants should have a desire to mentor others and have an outreach mentality, both in drawing people into the congregation and into the worship ministry. We’re looking for a visionary leader who can be a part of a leadership team that’s dreaming big for the future! If this is you, please send your resume and a sample of your worship leading to sally@crossroadsumc.org.
