Business Administrator

Central: A Christ-Centered Church is a culturally diverse congregation with worship attendance of 500+ in Ewing, New Jersey. We are looking for an energetic, committed, kingdom-focused individual to serve as part of the leadership team as Business Administrator. This individual needs to have gifts in administration, leadership, and ability to work effectively with people in order to help us implement the vision that God has given us intentionally introduce people to Jesus Christ, both locally
and globally, and to proactively help believers grow as fully-devoted followers. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Committed follower of Jesus Christ who demonstrates personal and spiritual integrity.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead, build, and motivate functional teams
Reflects a servant attitude and heart for ministry

Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure timely and thorough completion of routine tasks and ministry projects as needed
Maintain ministry calendar of events
Provide oversight for the Office Administrative Assistant
Organize, manage, plan and communicate on financial aspects related to Central including offerings, cash flow, payroll, financial needs/priorities, and audits
Review, approve, and process all payment, reimbursement, and purchase requests
Provide and lead a sound facility management vision and strategy
Responsible for ensuring overall cleanliness, upkeep and maintenance of facility.
Schedule and manage all facility requests
Provide oversight to all facility personnel, including creating weekly schedules and work orders
Manage the flow and content of communication including web site, weekly bulletin, special inserts , ministry promotions, and congregational/community inquiries
Maintain a sound communication policy in coordination with the vision of Central’s ministries.
Responsible for maintaining all personnel files
Responsible for managing payroll and tracking paid time off and sick days
Encourage the growth and development of staff
Train and equip volunteers, nurturing them in the values of Central
Regularly communicate with the Overseeing Elder Board on victories, challenges, dreams, and strategies of office, facility and financial operations
Recognize the mission and needs of other ministries and assist in their completion as related to office, facility and financial operations
Practice timely, complete, and confidential communication
Build genuine and effective relationships with staff, volunteers, and congregation
