We are a small and growing Christian church in Milwaukie, Oregon and have just opened up a position for an executive-level Church Administrator.
Our church is 13 years old with a depth of experience and a clear sense of direction, and we believe it's time for us to be much more intentional about future growth and health. In order to do this we want to free our lead pastor from as much administrative responsibility as we can. We are looking for an individual with a heart for the church, great people skills, and administrative and management ability, for an executive level position that smooths the way for relational ministry to happen more effectively.

Understand that this job posting is a step of faith as we are looking to significantly ramp up our ministry effectiveness and growth. The position is being offered with a incrementally increasing compensation package that will require a step of faith from both the candidate and the church. The job begins as a 32 hour / week administrative position with benefits, but depending on growth and effectiveness could easily transition to 40 hours a week, and depending on the gifts of the candidate could also be developed into an Administrative or Executive pastor role. This is a position for someone with a heart to help the church strengthen and grow.
