Children's Pastor / Director of Children's Ministries

Austin Bluffs Community Church in Colorado Springs is searching for a highly qualified, highly motivated Children's Pastor with experience directing a vibrant children's ministry. An ability to lead and motivate a team is essential.   Ministry development to include strategies which empower the family.   Creating an atmosphere of fun, safety and hunger to learn is also vital. ABC Church is a growing multi-generation Assemblies of God fellowship with a heart for helping people find Christ. Some would say we have a non-denominational feel or flavor.. We are located in a terrific area of Colorado Springs with great access to our community. Full time or part time will be considered.  Administration/Business Management experience is a plus.
