Job Description:
Mclean Bible Church (MBC) is a large, multi-campus church with campuses located in Loudoun, Prince William County, Arlington, Bethesda & Silver Spring. The main campus is located in northern Virginia near Tysons Corner Shopping Center. MBC serves between 8,000-10,000 people per weekend. This position is a full time position at 40 hours per week -- eligible for excellent benefits which include healthcare, dental, life insurance, short & long term disability insurance, retirement fund, vacation, sick leave accrual and more.

You are passionate about reaching people online with the message of Jesus Christ. You get excited about new and exciting ways to impact the world with the Gospel. You understand social media and other online tools and how they can be used to build and strengthen relationships. You will serve on the Frontline Internet Campus team by bolstering online community, managing and strengthening its overall online presence including social networking. You will use online tools to develop online Small Groups, serving teams and online spiritual development. With over 3,000 people attending the Internet Campus each week and the resources available at MBC, you will have a blank canvass in which to carry out our vision for online community. You will be tasked with communicating an innovative concept to a broad, international audience. You will assist in overall efforts to increase weekly attendance and impact secular Washington DC with the message of Jesus Christ. You will assist in our weekly efforts to prepare for Internet Campus services.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related area preferred, with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in ministry. Knowledge of training, counseling and social networking, with expert level of skill in computer applications. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to vision cast and facilitate online groups. Flexibility for evenings and weekends required.
