We are looking for an Associate Pastor assume the leadership of our small group ministry and provide oversight and direction to our Men’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry and Adult Education program. Our Associate Pastor will also be expected to prepare and present the main sermon eight to ten weekend services each year. This pastor will also be working closely with the Senior Pastor and Elders to lead the congregation toward fulfillment of the vision of the church. Our church focuses on equipping all within this body of believers to engage personally in furthering God’s kingdom by living and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ locally and overseas through the development of Christ-centered relationships.

· Must provide evidence of having completed a seminary program and at least 5 years of successful pastoral experience.
· Must demonstrate an ability to teach God’s word effectively, communicating it to a variety of groups and in various ways, ranging from instructional to discussion-oriented dialogues.
· Must have demonstrated success in discipling individuals through a variety of means evidenced by the development and application of their gifts in areas of ministry to further God’s kingdom.
· Must be able to work together as part of a team in support of the senior pastor and vision of the church.
· Counseling experience preferred.
