We need the help of a passionate and culturally-aware worship leader to shape our mid-week and Sunday morning worship experience to meet the needs of our new neighbors.
The satellite campus will be located in a neighborhood that is very diverse with a variety of cultural backgrounds. You’ll be starting with a blank slate, and you’ll need the presence of mind and dedication to pull together all of the pieces to make a great worship experience. Musicianship and leadership are of the utmost importance. You’ll be responsible for creating great music and for discipline your team of musicians and other volunteers.
It’s also important that you be fully devoted to the mission, vision and values of Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church and that you teach, preach and live the five characteristics of a fully devoted follower of Jesus: daily devotional life, weekly worship, weekly discipleship, weekly service and weekly small group or accountability experiences.
