Job Description:

FBC Prescott is currently searching for a Pastor of Student Ministries. This person will primarily provide pastoral support to our Mid-High and High School groups (grades 7-12) and their families. In doing so, this person will have the opportunity to build a strong youth program which is tailored to the church’s overall discipleship strategy. Our discipleship process asks people to be involved in 3 sequential ways:

1. Magnifying God by regularly attending one of our worship environments
2. Experiencing Community by being involved in a fellowship Group
3. Fulfilling God’s Call by using spiritual gifts in an area of service at the church.

FBC Prescott has a Sunday morning attendance of around 600. We are currently in the process of implementing an exciting new children’s program as well as 4 dynamic environments for worship.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of youth ministry leadership (a minimum of 5 years), and a related master’s degree (preferred) or bachelors with a Bible or theology degree.
