Village View is a dynamic ministry started eleven years ago by founding Pastors Marty and Rhonda Shea. Village View doesn’t like standing still. They are always asking internal and external questions to find out how they can best reach their full redemptive potential. This has branched off into four distinct weekend worship styles. There are multiple contemporary services, as well as a traditional gospel service, and a newly created service with modern worship.

Village View needs a seasoned worship leader with large church experience. Musical, pastoral and team building leadership ability must be part of this leader’s tool belt to strengthen the current alignment of the musical teams for the different weekend worship styles. This position requires a minimum of 10 years in full time worship ministry experience.
