Job Description:

Community Bible Church (CBC), a non-denominational church located in San Diego, CA, is looking for a Spiritual Leader to lead CBC’s worship ministry. We are looking for a person who is able to shepherd and equip the worship teams, is gifted musically, is a team builder and is a strong administrator.

CBC has three contemporary services (one Saturday night and two Sunday morning) and two on-site venues. One venue is “traditional’ and the other is ‘café/acoustic’ style. The Director of Worship would be intimately involved in developing each of these services, overseeing and equipping volunteers, tech team, and administrative support.

Selected candidate must effectively collaborate with the CBC Pastoral and lay leaders as this position has supporting responsibilities for various other programs (children, youth, young adults). Depending on the candidate’s background and experience, the role might extend to include oversight of drama, video, audio and technical services.
