Job Description:

Media Producer reports directly to Production Director.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sunday morning services (and special events): Transport and set up camera, which includes setting camera shot for volunteer operators. Tear down and maintain camera equipment after services.

Edit and upload Sunday morning message videos for viewing by multi-site and church website.

Provide graphic arts support for service elements and administrative projects.

Shoot and edit support video, including testimony videos, as required for Sunday morning services.

Maintain current website.

Maintain a work pace that allows deadlines to be met.

Be available for assignments as deemed necessary by Production Director or Lead Pastor.

Keep a mindset of moving to the next level in graphic and video by research and continued education.

Attend weekly staff and production meetings.

Participate in creative meetings to brainstorm, develop, and assist in implementing ideas that enhance the worship environment. Production elements such as set design and lighting could be included in such creative projects.

Possess a team player attitude and maintain a spirit of excellence in job performance.

Exhibit a love for Christ and His church that is reflected in relationships and job performance.


Should be proficient in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Adobe Premier Pro

Adobe After Effects


Some knowledge of:

Adobe Dreamweaver

Adobe Flash


Must be experienced in Graphic Design and Video which includes but is not limited to Video Production, Video Editing, Live Video Projection, Lighting, Sound, Print Production, Design and Concept Generation, and Motion Graphics. Website knowledge and the ability to Action Script is a plus but not required.
