Job Description:

Worship Pastor opportunity at a healthy, growing church in Macon, Georgia. This full-time ministry position is for a worship leader who is best equipped and called to plan and lead worship ranging from Traditional to Blended. Ingleside Baptist Church is a large (avg. 2,000 weekend attendance), vibrant, multi-generational church. In October 2010, we will begin offering 3 distinct styles of worship in 4 services each Sunday. We are looking for an additional Worship Pastor to join our current worship team (Worship Pastor/Team Leader, Technical Director, Organist/Associate, 3 Production Team Associates, 2 Administrative Assistants). This person will plan/lead traditional worship, be a part of planning/leading blended worship, lead Choirs and Orchestra, bring a pastor’s heart to each area of leadership.
