Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to fill our Office Secretary position and provide administrative support for the Senior Pastor. This position will report directly to the Senior Pastor but will be accountable to other ministry leaders as well. The position requires a broad knowledge of office functions as well as church policy and procedures. The ideal candidate must be able to exercise discretion and tact in all interactions. Additionally, the individual must have a detailed mind that can process data in an organized manner and have effective communication skills. This position requires a "hands-on" approach to be able to handle several projects going at once with the ability to jump from one task to another while maintaining excellence. Active participation in scheduling events, building a volunteer base, developing action plans for event preparation, priority assessment, task coordination and office management skills are required.

Core competencies include MS Office, Outlook, and working knowledge of all office equipment.

Knowledge of Corel or Illustrator is preferred.
